Quality assurance maintains and supports the activities and operations at the KTUAS by producing evaluation and monitoring data and clarifying quality systems. Quality assurance enables achieving common goals and maintaining and developing quality. Quality assurance is also systematic development. The Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council (FINHEEC) audits the quality assurance systems of all Finnish universities as a part of the national higher education quality assurance.

Quality policy
Good quality means students and employers are satisfied with the content and implementation of
our education, and regional entrepreneurs and others are satisfied with the effectiveness of our operations. A quality operation also means a healthy staff, continuous learning and an operating culture that promotes innovativeness.
