Kemi

In Kemi students can apply for housing from the house managing agency Avara Suomi Oy, which acts as an intermediary for the Kemi Student Housing, tel. +358 (0)201 774 733. Their office is open Mon - Thu at 8.30 - 16.30 and Fri at 8.30 - 16.00.

You can also ask for a flat in Kemi from the real estate company Kiinteistö Oy Itätuuli. Its office (address: Valtakatu 34, Kemi) is open Mon - Fri at 9.00 - 11.30 and Thu klo 9.00 - 11.30 and 14.30 - 17.00.

Tornio

Tornion Krunni Oy manages the flats in the Tornio Student Dormitory. Their office is open Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri at 8.30 - 11.30 and 12.15 - 14.00, Wed at 8.30 - 11.30 and 12.15 - 17.00. You can call the office at 9.00 - 11.30 to the number +358 (0)16 432 227. From their office you can also apply for a flat in a house other than the Student Dormitory.
