MARIO ROSSI
Mario Rossi’s work has featured in many survey exhibitions including ‘Words from the Arts Council Collection’ and ‘Sanctuary’ Gallery Of Modern Art. Glasgow. Recent personal exhibitions include Cornerhouse, Manchester, The De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill On Sea, Metropole Galleries Folkestone and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery where he curated ‘Host’. Recently he was co-curator of ‘Strangers to Ourselves’ an international exhibition that explored issues of migration in relation to context. He received the Fulbright Award for Visual Art, the Fellowship in Creative Art Trinity College, Cambridge University and the Whitechapel Gallery Painting award. His work is held in major collections. |
